In a small glass or plastic container, squeeze the paint out of the tube and add the same amount of oxidant milk. we recommend using it together with Innovator Cosmetics, Bronsun 3% Oxidant milk, 20 ml. Stir until smooth.<br>Apply zonal gel to the area around the eyebrows. Under the ciliated edge, place protective pads smeared with zonal gel. Apply the paint evenly to your lashes and eyebrows in a thick layer.<br>Exposure time: 7-10 minutes on the eyebrows and 15 minutes on the lashes.
