This BECCA Anti-Puffiness Under Eye Primer is a beautiful balm that goes on clear and highly nourishes and softens the under areas.  It leaves that delicate skin hydrated and plumped to prepare for undereye creams, color corrector or concealer. It appears green, but it goes on clear without added scent. Fruit oils and glycerin allow product to easily spread and sink into delicate eye area skin.
